Women of Wisdom: Lessons from the Women Saints on Welcoming Wisdom and Forsaking Folly (Proverbs 8:10, 9:13)
JCWC:  Gentile Gallery
Gina Loehr
“The Spirit gives us the power to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth, and length, and height…” (Eph 3:18-19). The interplay of divine wisdom, the Holy Spirit and the lives of the saints illuminates our understanding. We turn to the four Teresas – Teresa of Ávila, Thérèse of Lisieux, Teresa Benedicta of the Cross and Mother Teresa – to help us welcome wisdom and forsake folly in our soul, heart, mind and our service of neighbor, using Proverbs 8 as a guide.
