Hotel Check In
Hotel check in begins at 4 p.m. on Friday. Make your way to the main hotel entrance and either use the valet or unload your car before parking. You can also go directly to the parking garage and carry your luggage through Vineyard Tower to the main hotel lobby. You should only need to tell them your name; no confirmation number is needed. Having an ID handy is always a good idea.
Don’t know your roommates? No worries; you can find their names on the room reservation. The first person to check in will need to put a card on file for incidentals, but we recommend each roommate putting a card on file just in case. The Gaylord Texan requires a $50/night hold on your card.

If you are rooming with strangers/soon to be new friends, please exchange phone numbers so you can work out parking charges to multiple cards.
Conference Check In
Conference check in will be on the second floor of the Vineyard Tower outside Tate Ballroom B starting at 5:30pm. You will need to check in here to get your conference wristband. Adults and children must wear wristbands in order to get into conference sessions (children 17 and under must either be registered under childcare or Kid Weekend Pass). If you can’t come until Saturday, not a problem! You can check in whenever you arrive.
If you purchase ‘preferred seating’ at the Matt Maher concert, your wristbands will be marked with a special sticker.
Overnight Guest Parking
Self-parking is $15/day and is paid via the card you put on file for your room when you checked in. Use your room key for in and out privileges and for your final exit when you leave the conference (this ensures the discounted rate of $15/day). We recommend parking in the Resort Parking Garage just north of the Vineyard Tower where the conference will take place. We will NOT be in the Convention Center on the south side of the resort, so avoid parking there unless you like long walks.
Commuter Parking
Self-parking is $15/day with validation. Please get your parking ticket validated at our Conference Information Desk by Tate Ballroom. If you don’t receive parking validation, you will be charged $22/day.
